Fitting help
Tell us your Brannock length, the size and model of a shoe that already fits you, and which style you are looking at. We will give you a size and a width and we will be right more often than a chart is. See sizing and lasts first if you want to work it out yourself.
Sending something back
Returns, exchanges and repairs all come to the Grand Prairie address above. Write to us first with your order number so we can send a prepaid label and know the parcel is coming.
Wholesale and made-to-order runs
We take on a small number of private-label and made-to-order runs each year, minimum twelve pairs per size run. Write to hello@kennebechandsewn.shop with what you have in mind.
